51 students completed the social work training course

On July 30, 2025, the Department of Health of Cao Bang province coordinated with the University of Labor and Social Affairs to organize the Closing Ceremony of the social work training course for 51 trainees who are officials of the Cao Bang Provincial Social Protection Center. Attending the course were Mr. Doi Duy Tri - Deputy Director of the Department of Health; Dr. Nguyen Manh Cuong - Vice Principal of the University of Labor and Social Affairs; lecturers of the University of Labor and Social Affairs; leaders, officials and trainees participating in the training course.

Comrade Doi Duy Tri - Deputy Director of the Department of Health and Dr. Nguyen Manh Cuong - Vice Principal of the University of Labor and Social Affairs awarded certificates to the academies achieving excellent grade X.

The social work training course was held from May 21, 2025 to June 29, 2025, with 5 topics: Overview of Social Work; Some basic methods in Social Work; Some practical skills; Social work in supporting groups of special subjects; Practical instructions. After the course, 5 students received excellent X- class certificates , 17 students received Good, and 29 students received Fair.

He emphasized that the social work training course is a meaningful activity that contributes to improving the capacity and professional skills of the staff who are directly doing social work in the health sector . Thereby , the trainees are equipped with more professional knowledge, practical skills , and modern approaches in the field of social work, a field rich in humanity, playing an increasingly important role in the social security system and the health sector .
