On the morning of August 31, the Provincial Cooperative Union (CPU) held an extraordinary meeting of the Executive Committee of the Provincial Cooperative Union, term VI, 2020-2025, and reported on the results of implementing the task of developing the collective economy (KTTT) and cooperatives in the first 8 months of 2023 and the direction and tasks for the last 4 months of 2023.
As of August 2023, the whole province has 379 cooperatives, with about 7,400 members participating; 746 cooperatives (of which, 85 cooperatives were newly established, equal to 142% of the plan assigned by the Provincial People's Committee), with about 69,500 members and 22,500 regular workers.

The province has 12 people's credit funds operating in 9 districts, towns and cities, with 26,700 members; total operating capital is about 2,200 billion VND, outstanding loans are 1,800 billion VND, contributing to poverty reduction, supporting people to develop the economy.
In recent times, the Provincial Cooperative Union has always been active in building new cooperative models, production and business associated with the value chain of sustainable product development; developing cooperatives and cooperative unions in building new rural areas. At the same time, supporting newly established cooperatives; organizing training courses on digital transformation and e-commerce in 2023; connecting supply - demand, consuming manufactured goods according to the supply chain on the Product Consumption Information Portal for Cooperatives; approving plans and supporting investment capital to build models for 11 cooperatives applying technological innovation, applying to production, with a total cost of 990 million VND...

Carrying out the emulation and reward work, the Provincial Cooperative Union awarded the decision to award the Emulation Flag for excellently completing all tasks and work, leading the patriotic emulation movement in 2022 of the Government to Thang Binh Agricultural Service Cooperative (Cu Kty commune, Krong Bong district) and awarded the Emulation Flag for the unit with outstanding achievements, leading the emulation movement in 2022 of the Provincial People's Committee to the Office of the Provincial Cooperative Union, Krong Bong Motor Transport Cooperative (Krong Bong district) and Quang Tan Agricultural Service Cooperative (Krong Ana district).

The conference also elected Mr. Dang Van Khoa, member of the Standing Committee, Chief of Office of the Provincial Cooperative Union, as Vice Chairman of the 6th Provincial Cooperative Union for the 2020-2025 term.
