The "Favorite Employer" ranking is an annual survey conducted independently by the job and recruitment network company CareerViet Vietnam and the market research unit Amco Vietnam from 2013 to present. This survey is conducted non-profit with many criteria, focusing on respondents' assessments of recruitment activities and recruitment branding of businesses.
In 2023, the survey results were conducted with the participation of more than 310 businesses and nearly 40,000 respondents of many ages and occupations nationwide.
