BPO - Caring for the lives of workers, contributing to the implementation of social security and national defense - security in the locality is one of the key tasks set out at the Party Congress of Loc Ninh Rubber One Member Co., Ltd. for the 2020-2025 term. After 52 years of construction and development, Loc Ninh Rubber One Member Co., Ltd. has become a large enterprise, achieving high production and business efficiency with an output of 64,220 tons of latex by the end of its term, reaching 110% of the plan; average income of more than 8.3 million VND/person/month. Identifying that employees play an important role in the process of building and developing the unit, the company has paid attention to and provided the best policies and regimes for employees.

Of the total 2,428 employees of the company, 574 are ethnic minority workers. The company has paid attention to social security and ethnic affairs, especially creating conditions for ethnic minority workers to have jobs with a stable income of more than 8.3 million VND/person/month. At the same time, it has created conditions for ethnic minority workers to borrow land to intercrop rice and beans in the garden during the construction period. Since then, many workers have had a stable income, and the economy has become increasingly prosperous.

Sustainable production and business go hand in hand with ensuring the harmony of workers' rights, the company has focused on building cultural institutions, investing in facilities, meeting the enjoyment needs of workers such as: soccer field, volleyball, table tennis, chess, playground with a total value of 1,433 billion VND; labor protection equipment 17.20 billion VND; compensation for toxic substances in kind 51.027 billion VND; female labor regime 3.95 billion VND; social insurance expenditure 198.74 billion VND, health insurance 35.529 billion VND, unemployment insurance 14.014 billion VND.
Identifying that “people are valuable assets”, over the years, the company has always taken good care of the material and spiritual life of its employees. The company always respects the rights of employees; is democratic, open and transparent about salaries, bonuses and employee policies and regimes. Through the “Union Shelter” program, it has contributed to eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses and realizing the dream of settling down for 48 families of workers and laborers, and supporting 49 cases of serious illness.
Mr. Dang Cong Thanh, a maintenance worker at the Loc Hiep Rubber Processing Factory, was moved by the concern and support, both material and spiritual, from the company's trade union organization. In particular, at the beginning of this year, he was supported with 70 million VND, along with his family's counterpart capital, to build a new, spacious house. "I am very happy and grateful for the company's sharing and support for my family. Without that concern, I don't know when I would have had a spacious house to live in. In 14 years of working, the company has always had very timely policies and regimes. This is a great resource for me to feel secure in dedicating myself to the company for a long time," Mr. Thanh emotionally shared.
In addition, in the localities where the company is located, the company has coordinated well in social work, showing gratitude, supporting the construction of military and civilian houses at Economic - Defense Group 778. Supporting localities where the company is located in implementing social security work worth 2.25 billion VND; supporting 1,492 health insurance cards with the amount of 469 million VND and voluntary social insurance books for people in difficult circumstances in the area. Accompanying the locality in the program of joining hands to contribute to the "For the Poor" Fund with a donation of 188 million VND. Contributing and sharing difficulties with people in areas affected by storms, floods, and natural disasters with 1.996 billion VND; repairing and renovating roads... Over the past 5 years, the company's staff and workers have actively responded to emulation movements, contributing to the successful completion of political tasks and production and business plans assigned by the Vietnam Rubber Industry Group. Emulation movements are regularly organized monthly and quarterly in various forms. In particular, the initiative of Mr. Hoang Van Canh, an employee of the Investment and Construction Management Department, on "Applying maps to manage and inspect orchards on mobile phones" has helped the company save time, manpower, and costs in the process of updating and adjusting orchards. Mr. Canh said: Previously, orchard management and inspection were carried out on paper maps. Therefore, in case of unexpected incidents such as fire, explosion, or vandalism in the orchard, locating the orchard to request support was difficult when not familiar with the plot locations. After digitizing the orchard management map on the smartphone application, all orchard information will be updated on the digital map even in places without mobile signal. Thereby, helping the company's leaders to access complete and detailed information about relevant data in orchard management anywhere and anytime.
