(HTV) - The 2025 Vegetarian Food Festival in Ho Chi Minh City attracted 150,000 visitors with more than 200 unique vegetarian dishes made from local ingredients. The event affirmed the City's pioneering role in spreading vegetarian culinary culture, encouraging green lifestyles and creating a unique culinary brand for Ho Chi Minh City.

Ho Chi Minh City has just concluded the 2025 Vegetarian Food Festival with positive responses from residents and tourists. With rustic ingredients such as Dong Thap pink lotus, organic vegetables from the West, brown rice and Vietnamese beans, more than 200 vegetarian dishes with strong regional identities were performed by artisans and chefs from Ho Chi Minh City, setting an interesting record at the festival.
