Party cell secretary Pham Huu Trung said: The Party cell currently has 51 party members. Over the past time, the Party cell has constantly innovated and improved the quality of activities; performed well the leadership, direction, and mobilization of cadres, party members, and people to successfully carry out assigned tasks. For many years now, the promotion of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle has been fully implemented by Party committees and authorities at all levels from the town to the grassroots level in accordance with the spirit of Directive No. 05-CT/TW, Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW of the Politburo and directive documents of the Provincial Party Committee and the City Party Committee.

In the period of 2016-2025, the whole town organized 122 conferences with 10,933 cadres participating in studying and thoroughly understanding different topics. 100% of grassroots Party organizations organized studying and thoroughly understanding the topics of the whole course and the annual topics; at the same time, they developed specific action plans and programs.
