Over the past 5 years, the women of the Provincial Military Command have advised the Provincial Military Command to direct the association organizations to consult with the Party Committees and commanders of agencies and units to mobilize female cadres, women's union members and officers and soldiers of agencies and units in the provincial armed forces to contribute more than 2 billion VND to deploy and implement the models "Women of the Provincial Armed Forces Spread Love", "Savings Fund for Women in Difficulty" and the model "Women Classify Plastic Waste" to help women and children in difficult circumstances, those with serious illnesses, families with preferential policies, and orphans.
