Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha recently signed Decision 423/QD-TTg approving the planning project of the headquarters of 36 ministries, branches, government agencies, and central agencies in the West Lake and Me Tri areas ( Hanoi ).
According to the planning project, the period from now to 2025 will be the investment preparation period, from 2026 - 2030, phase 1 investment will be implemented ((completing the new headquarters, relocating and handing over the old headquarters in 2030), preparing for phase 2 investment (from 2031 - 2035, implementing investment in building headquarters of the remaining ministries and related public works). This place will design buildings from 12 to 25 floors high, auxiliary buildings, commercial services from 6 to 34 floors high, with a unified construction boundary set back from the main road by 20m. This area is expected to be the headquarters of 23 agencies.
