Anh Tu "Voi Ban Don" sings revolutionary music and his own path after Anh trai say hi

Evening of April 27, Mr. Tu “Voi Ban Don” appeared in the national television program Forever Triumphant Song. Anh Tu performed a duet with singer Tung Duong in the performance “ Hanoi , Faith and Hope”. The song was performed majestically in the context of recreating the history of 1972 when the US escalated bombing in the North, dropping B52 bombs on Hanoi and Hai Phong.

Mr. Tu was praised for having a wide vocal range, hitting high notes clearly, singing with emotion - not being overshadowed by Divo Tung Duong when singing "Hanoi, Faith and Hope". Being able to sing in harmony with the singer with the most beautiful voice, Tung Duong, Anh Tu "Voi Ban Don" had a heroic and tragic performance on the TV show "Forever the Triumphant Song".

Before that, Anh Tu “Voi Ban Don” had 2 performances in the political art night “North-South Promise”. He sang a duet with “Anh trai travail ngan cong gai” Tu Long the song “Mother loves child”, then performed the medley “Dat nuoc troi niu nguoi xuan xuan” (The Country is Full of Joy – The Spring Melody).

The performance of “Mother loves children” by People’s Artist Tu Long and Anh Tu was widely shared on social media platforms right after the program “North-South Appointment”. With the new arrangement of “The Country is Full of Joy”, Anh Tu sang well, showing the youthfulness of today’s 9X generation of singers. He was praised for his emotional performance when singing red music and revolutionary music.

Anh Tu “Voi Ban Don” is showing his own path after Anh trai say hi. His beautiful voice has helped Anh Tu make a breakthrough, change direction, and become in demand in special programs – considered as “national concerts”.

In Anh trai say hi, Anh Tu “Voi Ban Don” is not a prominent face. He does not have an “excellent” appearance like Anh Tu Atus, does not have the charisma like HIEUTHUHAI, nor does he have the skillful dancing skills to create explosive stage performances like Isaac, and does not have the ability to compose like RHYDER or Quang Hung MasterD.

In the final round of Anh trai say hi, Anh Tu “Voi Ban Don” could not even make it to the top 10. Despite possessing a beautiful voice, Anh Tu “Voi Ban Don” was ranked behind rappers like Negav, HURRYKNG... in the final round.

However, after Anh trai say hi, with a good voice – Anh Tu “Voi Ban Don” still has his own position, his own path. In particular, in April when the peak of art programs was held to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and the reunification of the country, Anh Tu was an enthusiastic face, in demand for shows participating in activities, while the majority of the “Anh trai say hi” group were quite quiet.

Anh Tu “Vo Ban Don” full name is Nguyen Anh Tu, born in 1992, won the runner-up position in the music competition The Voice of Vietnam in 2017. In 2023, Anh Tu participated in “Masked Singer” with the mascot Voi Ban Don, causing a storm with his emotional voice and winning the overall championship position.
