Ares signs capital investment cooperation with the first medical unit in Vietnam

Ares signed a capital investment cooperation agreement with Medlatec, opening a new step forward in Vietnam's private healthcare, promoting digital transformation and artificial intelligence investment in healthcare.

On the evening of October 23, Ares Management Corporation (ARES) Fund Management - one of the world's leading fund managers held a cooperation signing ceremony with Medlatec Healthcare System (Medlatec Group).

The cooperation marks a milestone when Medlatec Group becomes the first healthcare unit in Vietnam to be invested by ARES's Asian Private Equity Group, affirming the increasing confidence of global investors in Vietnam's private healthcare industry.
