Bac Kan: Commending 39 collectives and 08 typical individuals of "Skillful Mass Mobilization" in the period 2021 - 2025

BBK - On the morning of June 24, Bac Kan Provincial Party Committee organized a summary of the implementation of Conclusion No. 03-KL/TU dated December 10, 2020 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on continuing to implement the "Skillful Mass Mobilization" movement.

The "Skillful Mass Mobilization" movement has been led and directed by Party committees at all levels to be implemented synchronously and comprehensively in all fields, thereby contributing to the effective implementation of political tasks, socio-economic development, maintaining national defense and security and building a clean and strong political system. The movement has been organized and implemented in a disciplined and regular manner, closely linked to the implementation of national target programs and key political tasks of the province, locality, unit and residential area; through the implementation of the movement, the construction of "Skillful Mass Mobilization" models in each field and specific content has mobilized all social resources, contributing to changing the face of the countryside and improving the material and spiritual life of the people. Many "Skillful Mass Mobilization" models have been built close to the practical situation in localities, units and residential areas and have shown clear effectiveness; There are many good and creative ways to mobilize people to participate in consolidating and improving rural and urban infrastructure...

Awareness and responsibility of Party committees, authorities, the Vietnam Fatherland Front , socio-political organizations, cadres, party members and people regarding mass mobilization work and the "Skilled Mass Mobilization" movement have been raised, meeting the requirements of mass mobilization tasks in the new situation. Leadership and direction have been carried out in a regular and disciplined manner, clearly promoting the role and responsibility of leaders of Party committees and authorities at all levels. Propaganda, commendation and reward for typical models and examples of "Skilled Mass Mobilization" have been given attention, thereby creating momentum for the movement to spread more widely.

In the period of 2021-2025, the whole province has 11,821 models registered for implementation, including 8,621 collective models and 3,200 individual models. Of which, a total of 4,622 models were recognized as "Skilled Mass Mobilization" models, 893 models were recognized as typical "Skilled Mass Mobilization" models...

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council requested Party committees at all levels to continue to pay attention to directing the effective implementation of mass mobilization work of the political system; maintain and replicate good practices, new, creative and effective practices in the process of implementing political tasks of localities and units. Authorities at all levels coordinate with the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee to propagate, disseminate and fully implement policies for the people; direct the effective implementation of the contents of mass mobilization work of the government in accordance with the spirit of Directive No. 16/CT-TTg dated May 16, 2016 of the Prime Minister.

The Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department has done a good job of advising on the effective implementation of mass mobilization work, maintaining and flexibly applying the results of the "Skillful Mass Mobilization" movement in the period of 2021 - 2025, linking the implementation of mass mobilization work in the implementation of socio-economic tasks and targets. For the collectives and individuals commended at the conference, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council requested to continue to propagate and perform well the political tasks of the unit and locality; disseminate good practices and valuable experiences into practice to mobilize people to successfully implement the set socio-economic tasks and targets.../.
