Bac Kan organizes a contest to learn about digital transformation

The content of the contest includes: learning about the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws, documents of the Central and provincial ministries on digital transformation; the province's digital transformation results achieved; ways to exploit and use digital applications in the digital government system, digital economy, digital society suitable for people and businesses today and some basic knowledge about ensuring network information security.

To participate in the contest, participants access the website https://thitructuyenchuyendoiso.backan.gov.vn via a computer or mobile device with Internet connection to participate in the contest (the access link is also posted on the provincial website/portal and that of departments, branches, and localities).

Contestants will have to take 2 parts of the test, including answering 30 multiple choice questions on the system and predicting the total number of contestants. The maximum time to complete the test is 30 minutes and each person can take the test no more than 5 times.

The competition's award system is very rich, including 62 individual awards and 21 collective awards. Based on the test results of the contestants, the organizing committee ranks the number of correct answers from high to low until enough prizes are selected according to the criteria. In case the contestant takes the test multiple times, the result that is more beneficial to the contestant will be selected.

The contestants are Vietnamese citizens aged 15 and over, currently living, working and studying in Bac Kan province, divided into 2 groups. Group 1 includes officials, civil servants, employees, workers and armed forces of the province. Group 2 includes people in the province (including students, employees in enterprises and people not in group 1).

Currently, the contest organizers are preparing question sets with appropriate knowledge and content for target groups. The question bank and documents related to the questions are fully posted in the "MATERIALS" section on the contest website. Contestants should study the content in advance to complete their exam well and have the opportunity to receive valuable prizes from the contest.

The online exam system will open from 00:00 on September 10, 2023 and end at 24:00 on September 30, 2023 (20 days). The final, announcement and award ceremony of the contest is expected to be held in October 2023.
