The Provincial People's Council will supervise the implementation of compensation and resettlement support policies.

The monitoring delegation is led by Nguyen Kim Phuoc, Head of the Economic and Budget Committee of the Provincial People's Council; Huynh Viet Cuong, Deputy Head of the Economic and Budget Committee of the Provincial People's Council, Deputy Head of the Economic and Budget Committee. The subjects of monitoring are the Provincial Land Fund Development Center and the People's Committees of districts and cities.

The purpose of this monitoring is to assess the implementation of legal policies on land recovery, compensation, support and resettlement according to the provisions of the Land Law and guiding documents; promptly detect and correct errors and limitations in the implementation process; protect the legitimate rights of people affected by the project; at the same time, contribute to improving the responsibility in performing the tasks of agencies and units assigned to perform state management of land and land recovery in the province.

According to the plan, before May 15, 2025, the units subject to supervision will send reports to the supervision team. On that basis, the supervision team will choose the form of supervision suitable to the conditions and actual situation of the province that is implementing the project to rearrange and reorganize administrative units at all levels. Before May 31, 2025, the supervision team will report the supervision results.
