During the campaign, localities focused on mobilizing healthy people to actively participate in blood donation to provide enough blood for emergency and patient treatment nationwide during the summer. The campaign's goal was to mobilize and receive at least 11,000 units of blood from blood donors. Of this, Dong Nai was assigned the target of mobilizing and receiving 37,000 units of blood.
