Binh Duong Concentrated Information Technology Park is located in Binh Duong Industrial - Service - Urban Complex.

Binh Duong Concentrated Information Technology Park has an area of ​​15.47 hectares, located in Binh Duong Industrial - Service - Urban Complex in Hoa Phu ward, Thu Dau Mot city, Binh Duong province.

Binh Duong Concentrated Information Technology Park performs the functions and tasks of the concentrated information technology park as prescribed in Article 4 of Decree No. 154/2013/ND-CP dated November 8, 2013 of the Government.

Regarding incentive policies: Enterprises implementing projects in the field of information technology investing in Binh Duong Concentrated Information Technology Park are entitled to incentives prescribed in Decree No. 154/2013/ND-CP dated November 8, 2013 of the Government and other incentive policies applicable to concentrated information technology parks according to the provisions of law.

Model and functions of the management organization of concentrated information technology parks

The Deputy Prime Minister authorized the Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Duong province to decide on the establishment of a management organization and promulgate regulations on the operation of the Binh Duong Concentrated Information Technology Park in case the project is invested with state capital.

In case the project is invested with capital from non-state budget sources, the management organization of Binh Duong Concentrated Information Technology Park is an enterprise established and operating under the provisions of the Enterprise Law.

The People's Committee of Binh Duong province is responsible for presiding over and coordinating with relevant ministries, branches and agencies to organize implementation; ensure the investment in construction, management and operation of Binh Duong Concentrated Information Technology Park effectively and in accordance with regulations; select investors to implement the investment project to build infrastructure of Binh Duong Concentrated Information Technology Park in accordance with the law on investment.

Binh Duong Provincial People's Committee guides the implementation of environmental impact assessment for the investment project to build infrastructure of Binh Duong Concentrated Information Technology Park in accordance with the provisions of law on environmental protection.
