The Bac Giang Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission speeds up the progress of editing, digitizing, and updating data, records, and documents on inspection, supervision, and Party discipline enforcement.

In parallel with directing and guiding localities and units in implementation, the Bac Giang Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission is focusing on and actively reviewing, classifying, arranging, compiling statistics, and digitizing documents on inspection, supervision, and Party discipline enforcement of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee, and the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission ; building an electronic database to serve the work of searching and exploiting information quickly and accurately; up to now, the editing and digitizing of records and documents from 2010 to present has been basically completed (with 26 meters of edited documents, 345 sets of digitized records), currently updating data into software developed by the Central Inspection Commission , striving to complete the work contents as required by the Central Inspection Commission.

However, in the process of implementing the editing, digitizing, and updating of data, there are some difficulties and problems such as the files and documents that need to be edited and digitized for many terms, so the number is large, requiring a lot of human resources and funding to organize the implementation; updating data is difficult because the software is exploited on the Party's wide area information network, so the processing speed is slow; the updating process requires an Etoken device, so when logging in, the connection speed is slow, and during use, the connection is sometimes disconnected...; the files of inspections and supervisions include many components (decisions, plans, outlines, working minutes, reports, conclusion notices...) while the capacity allowed to upload and update to the software is low (under 20 Megabytes, equivalent to about less than 10 pages of text), many files and documents must be declassified according to regulations, affecting the progress of digitizing and updating data. To overcome the above situation, the Bac Giang Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission has actively and proactively coordinated and received guidance from the Office of the Central Inspection Commission to remove difficulties and obstacles in the process of digitization and updating data to ensure compliance with requirements.

The editing and digitization of records and documents not only contributes to improving the effectiveness of inspection and supervision work but is also an important premise in the process of Digital Transformation of the Party Inspection sector in general and the Party Inspection sector of the Bac Giang Provincial Party Committee in particular. With the participation of Party committees and inspection committees at all levels in the Provincial Party Committee, the Bac Giang Provincial Party Inspection sector is determined to complete the task of digitizing records and documents of inspection, supervision and Party discipline enforcement work according to the plan of the Central Inspection Commission .
