Ministry of Industry and Trade issues Circular on national technical regulations on electrical safety

Accordingly, issued together with this Circular is the National Technical Regulation on Electrical Safety. Symbol: QCVN 25:2025/BCT.

Circular 41/2025/TT-BCT takes effect from August 8, 2025 and replaces Circular 39/2020/TT-BCT dated November 30, 2020 of the Minister of Industry and Trade on national technical regulations on electrical safety.
