Doctor Hoang Manh Cuong is the Director of Ho Chi Minh City Orthopedic Hospital

Dr. Hoang Manh Cuong has just been appointed as the new Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Orthopedic Hospital. Previously, Dr. Chau Van Dinh, the hospital's Director, retired according to the regime.

Associate Professor, Dr. Tang Chi Thuong, Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health, presented the decision to appoint Dr. Hoang Manh Cuong as Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Orthopedic Hospital.

At the announcement and decision-giving ceremony of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health, Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health Tang Chi Thuong acknowledged the outstanding achievements and contributions of Dr. Hoang Manh Cuong during his work. The Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health believes that with his extensive professional capacity, management experience and high sense of responsibility, Dr. Hoang Manh Cuong will continue to inherit, promote and build the Ho Chi Minh City Orthopedic Trauma Hospital to develop more and more; with new breakthrough techniques, especially robotic techniques to better meet the health care needs of the people.

In his acceptance speech, the new Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Orthopedic and Trauma Hospital affirmed that he will make every effort and promote the strength of solidarity to turn the hospital into a modern, high-quality and friendly medical unit, contributing to enhancing the reputation of the Ho Chi Minh City health sector.

Dr. Hoang Manh Cuong was born in 1970, graduated as a general practitioner from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Ho Chi Minh City in 1995; completed his first degree in 2001 and his second degree in 2008, specializing in orthopedics. In 2015, Dr. Hoang Manh Cuong was appointed Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Orthopedic Hospital and is currently Deputy Secretary of the hospital's Party Committee.
