Abolish 9 decisions in the field of land finance

The Government has just issued a decision to partially or completely abolish a number of Decisions of the Prime Minister in the field of land finance.

Accordingly, on December 31, 2024, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha Signed Decision No. 25/2024/QD-TTg dated December 31, 2024, partially and completely abolishing a number of Decisions of the Prime Minister in the field of land finance.

Specifically, the following 9 Decisions are abolished in their entirety:

Decision No. 44/2010/QD-TTg dated June 10, 2010 of the Prime Minister on exemption of land use fees and land rental fees for construction of auxiliary works of national highways.

Decision No. 57/2010/QD-TTg dated September 17, 2010 of the Prime Minister on exemption of land rent for projects to build a reserve warehouse of 4 million tons of rice, corn, cold storage for preserving aquatic products, vegetables and fruits and temporary storage warehouse for coffee according to the planning.

Decision No. 33/2011/QD-TTg dated June 10, 2011 of the Prime Minister on exemption of land use fees for fishing households and people living on rivers and lagoons who move to resettle in resettlement areas and points.

Decision No. 48/2012/QD-TTg dated November 1, 2012 of the Prime Minister on amending and supplementing Decision No. 204/2005/QD-TTg dated August 15, 2005 of the Prime Minister.

Decision No. 11/2015/QD-TTg dated April 3, 2015 of the Prime Minister regulating exemption and reduction of land use fees upon recognition Land use rights, house ownership rights and other assets attached to land for households and individuals for residential land allocated (granted) without proper authority before October 15, 1993 in areas with difficult or especially difficult socio-economic conditions, border areas, and islands.

Decision No. 22/2020/QD-TTg dated August 10, 2020 of the Prime Minister on reducing land rent in 2020 for subjects affected by the COVID-19 epidemic according to Resolution No. 84/NQ-CP dated May 29, 2020 of the Government.

Decision No. 27/2021/QD-TTg dated September 25, 2021 of the Prime Minister on reducing land rent in 2021 for subjects affected by the COVID-19 epidemic.

Decision No. 01/2023/QD-TTg dated January 31, 2023 of the Prime Minister on reducing land and water surface rents in 2022 for subjects affected by the COVID-19 epidemic.

Decision No. 25/2023/QD-TTg dated October 3, 2023 of the Prime Minister on reducing land rent for 2023.

In addition, Clause 4, Article 3 of Decision No. 42/2012/QD-TTg dated October 8, 2012 of the Prime Minister on supporting organizations and units employing ethnic minority workers in mountainous areas and areas of special difficulty is abolished.
