Comrade Nguyen Hoai Anh, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of Provincial Party Agencies chaired the conference.
Attending the conference were comrades: Standing Committee of the Party Committee; Members of the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies; representatives of the leaders of the agencies advising and assisting the Party Committee.
At the conference, delegates discussed and gave opinions on the draft Working Regulations of the Party Committee, Standing Committee and Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies, term 2025 - 2030.
The majority of delegates highly agreed and assessed that the Draft Regulations had been prepared seriously and carefully, demonstrating a sense of responsibility, and in line with the practical requirements of leadership and direction. Among them, there were comments to adjust some contents of the Regulations to suit the specific conditions of the Party Executive Committee.
Also at the conference, the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies discussed and gave opinions on the draft Project to establish grassroots party organizations (TCCS) directly under the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies.
Accordingly, Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee currently has 66 subordinate Party organizations; of which, there are 19 grassroots Party Committees and 47 grassroots Party cells with 1,951 Party members.
Based on the decision of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee and the Central vertical agencies on the establishment of advisory and support agencies for the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and new agencies and units of Lam Dong province, the Party Committee of the Provincial Party agencies proposed to establish 12 subordinate Party organizations, including 11 Party Committees with 109 Party cells under the grassroots Party Committee and 1 grassroots Party cell.
The conference also reviewed and commented on the draft Project to establish advisory agencies to assist the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies, including: Organization Committee, Inspection Committee; Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee; Office.
At the same time, review personnel and propose that the Provincial Party Standing Committee appoint additional members to the Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies; appoint the Inspection Committee, Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies.
Accordingly, the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies proposed that the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee decide to appoint 10 additional comrades to the Party Executive Committee, 4 comrades to the Party Standing Committee, term 2025 - 2030; appoint 7 members to the Party Committee Inspection Committee.
Regarding the Plan to organize the 1st Congress of Party Delegates of Provincial Party Agencies for the 2025-2030 term, the delegates agreed on the expected time to hold the congress from August 5 to 8, 2025. Regarding the number and allocation of delegates attending the Congress, based on the number of party members of the affiliated Party Cells, it is expected that there will be 250 official delegates attending the congress.
The conference gave opinions on the draft Establishment of Subcommittees of the 1st Provincial Party Congress of Party Agencies, term 2025 - 2030. Accordingly, 3 subcommittees were established: Document Subcommittee, Personnel Subcommittee, and Congress Organization Subcommittee.
In his concluding remarks at the conference, Comrade Nguyen Hoai Anh, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies, highly appreciated the seriousness, responsibility and opinions of the delegates at the conference.
He emphasized that the conference had completed its contents with high consensus. Based on the opinions of the Party Executive Committee, especially the contents related to the establishment of Party organizations, advisory agencies and the agreement on personnel to submit to the Provincial Party Standing Committee for appointment and addition to the Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee and the Party Committee Inspection Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Party Committee will complete the relevant documents for official release.
From now until the organization of the 1st Congress of Delegates of the Provincial Party Committees, term 2025 - 2030, the time is very short, based on work requirements, the Standing Committee and the Standing Committee of the Party Committee will prepare the contents to submit to the Party Executive Committee for consideration and comments according to the working regulations to prepare for the organization of the congress in a thorough, thoughtful and successful manner.
