Party member Pham Canh Tao, 84 years old, has worked for many years at Battalion 1, Regiment 246 of the Viet Bac Military Region; is a reinforced officer of the Ha Tuyen Military Command.

On behalf of the provincial leaders, Comrade Nong Thi Bich Hue congratulated and expressed deep gratitude for the merits and contributions of Comrade Pham Canh Tao to the revolutionary cause of the Party and his homeland Tuyen Quang . She affirmed that the Party Badge is a noble award of the Party given to Party members who have devoted their whole lives to the revolutionary ideal, a source of honor and pride not only for individual Party members and their families but also a priceless spiritual asset of the entire Yen Nguyen Commune Party Committee.
