The inspection shows that in the past time, the Party Committee, the Border Guard Command and the Provincial Military Command have closely followed the leadership, direction and guidance of the superiors; fully concretized and issued documents at their level; closely coordinated with the provincial departments, branches, unions and local Party committees and authorities in implementing the National Target Program; linked the implementation of the National Target Program with programs, movements and models to help people develop the economy, society and reduce poverty. Party committees and commanders at all levels have promoted a high sense of responsibility; cadres and soldiers have been close to and integrated with ethnic minorities.
The vast majority of ethnic minorities in the province have complied well with the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, and local regulations. The two units have effectively implemented the National Target Program, contributing to improving the material and spiritual life of ethnic minorities, consolidating the Great National Unity, and building an increasingly solid "People's Border Defense" posture...
