Phu Ly City Military Command launched a peak emulation campaign "Solidarity, coordination, discipline, determination to win"

In order to practically compete to achieve achievements to celebrate the 78th anniversary of the traditional day of the armed forces of Military Region 3 (October 31, 1945 - October 31, 2023) and participate in the provincial defense zone exercise, and combat exercises of wards and communes in the city's defense zone in 2023, on the morning of July 28, the Phu Ly City Military Command launched a peak emulation campaign of "Solidarity, coordination, discipline, determination to win".

The emulation campaign focused on successfully implementing the main contents such as: strengtheningeducation and propaganda to raise awareness, responsibility, and determination among officers and soldiers of the armed forces; promoting democracy, intelligence, and solidarity in preparation, participating in successfully completing the task of provincial defense combat drills and directing the successful organization of combat drills in wards and communes in the city's defense zones in 2023; competing to best ensure the implementation of combat readiness and drill tasks; and strictly enforcing discipline.

To effectively implement the emulation goals, the Party Committee and the Military Command of Phu Ly City have signed emulation covenants with units, requesting Party committees and commanders at all levels to lead, direct, thoroughly grasp and strictly implement resolutions and directives of superiors on drills; innovate and improve the quality of political education for subjects, ensuring that 100% of officers and soldiers have strong political will, determination and high responsibility, ready to receive and excellently complete all assigned tasks.

Actively advise the city to lead and direct the preparation work well, successfully complete the task of participating in the provincial military drill and the combat drill of wards and communes in the city's military drill in 2023. Do a good job of mobilizing forces, technical means, equipment, promptly ensuring adequate weapons, equipment, logistics facilities, and funding for the drill task.

Maintain strict discipline, comply with State laws and military discipline during drills, ensure drills at all levels take place smoothly, economically, absolutely safely, and meet mission requirements.

The peak competition period is determined to last 78 days (from August 1 to October 18, 2023).
