At the same time, pay attention to, care for and improve the material and spiritual life of workers and laborers at the construction sites, striving to put the 500kV line 3 into operation before June 30, 2024 in accordance with the direction of the Prime Minister .

The 500kV line 3 project from Quang Trach (Quang Binh) to Pho Noi (Hung Yen) has a total length of about 519km, passing through 211 communes and wards of 43 districts and towns in 9 provinces including: Quang Binh, Ha Tinh, Nghe An, Thanh Hoa, Ninh Binh, Nam Dinh, Thai Binh, Hai Duong , Hung Yen.

The section passing through Thanh Hoa has a total length of 74.4km, passing through 59 communes and towns of 11 districts and towns, including: Nghi Son town, districts: Nong Cong, Trieu Son, Dong Son, Thieu Hoa, Ha Trung, Hau Loc, Hoang Hoa, Yen Dinh, Nhu Thanh, Nga Son.
