At the conference, Senior Lieutenant Colonel Phan Thanh Thuy, member of the Provincial Military Party Executive Committee, Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command, announced the decisions of the Military Region 2 Command, appointing cadre positions after the merger of the Provincial Military Command (Ha Giang and Tuyen Quang) into the Tuyen Quang Provincial Military Command such as: Chief, Deputy Chief of Politics; Deputy Chief of Staff of the Provincial Military Command; Chief, Deputy Chief of Logistics-Technology; Heads of departments of the 3 agencies of the Provincial Military Command; Commander, Political Commissar, Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff, Deputy Political Commissar; Deputy Commander; Chief of Politics, Deputy Chief of Politics; Deputy Chief of Staff; Director of Logistics-Technology of the Defense Command of Regions 4 and 5 of Tuyen Quang province.

Presenting the decision to the cadres and speaking at the conference, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Military Party Committee and Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command emphasized: Adjusting and arranging the organization of local armed forces in accordance with the organization of the government apparatus is an urgent requirement, in order to ensure centralized and unified leadership, direction and operation, while maintaining the core role of local armed forces in performing local defense and military tasks.

Leaders of the Provincial Military Command presented flowers to congratulate the Commanders and Political Commissars of the Defense Command of Regions 4 and 5 of Tuyen Quang province.

The Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command requested the Party Committees, commanders of agencies, units and each cadre to promote their roles and responsibilities, seriously perform their assigned duties and tasks; focus on leading and directing agencies and units to successfully carry out military and defense tasks, contributing to building a comprehensively strong provincial military force "Exemplary and typical", constantly improving the overall quality and combat readiness level, meeting the requirements of the tasks in the current situation. In the immediate future, focus on advising the Provincial Military Party Committee to thoroughly prepare in all aspects for the 19th Congress of Delegates of the Military Party Committee of Tuyen Quang province, term 2025-2030; coordinate with functional agencies, grasp the political security situation, social order and safety in the area, promptly and effectively handle situations that arise.
