At the conference, delegates listened to and commented on the draft reports (2nd draft): Political report of the Party Executive Committee of Tuyen Quang province (after the merger of the two provinces), term 2025-2030; draft report of the Party Executive Committee of Tuyen Quang and Ha Giang provinces (before the merger of the two provinces) on summarizing the results of the implementation of socio-economic development tasks, ensuring national defense, security, Party building and the political system of Tuyen Quang and Ha Giang provinces, term 2020-2025; draft review report of the Party Executive Committee of Tuyen Quang and Ha Giang provinces, term 2020-2025.
Most opinions agreed with the content of the draft political report of the Party Executive Committee of Tuyen Quang province (after the merger of the two provinces).
In addition, a delegate also contributed comments on the content of the political report title; breakthroughs and groups of solutions to carry out tasks in the 2025-2030 term.
Some opinions suggest that in the solution to develop traffic infrastructure, it is necessary to clearly define the goal of building traffic routes connecting Tuyen Quang province with other provinces in the region, especially the goal of completing the construction of the Tuyen Quang-Ha Giang expressway extending to Thanh Thuy International Border Gate.
In the political report, in addition to focusing on economic development solutions, it is necessary to pay attention to solutions to preserve cultural identity, good customs and practices of ethnic minorities; ensure security, national defense and social security.
Concluding the content of giving opinions on the draft political report, the conference chairmen highly appreciated the efforts of the sub-committees in building the political report of the Party Executive Committee of Tuyen Quang province (after the merger of the two provinces); highly appreciated the sense of responsibility of the delegates who had many comments, each comment expressing the concerns and aspirations for Tuyen Quang province to rise up.
At the same time, it is recommended that the subcommittees absorb the opinions of the delegates attending the meeting and continue to review in the spirit of closely following the directives, orientations, and breakthrough resolutions of the Central Committee to complete the draft political report to ensure quality, ensuring that the draft political report of the province is completed before June 30.
The conference also gave opinions on the following plans: Plan to collect opinions on draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Party Congress and draft political report to be submitted to the Congress of Delegates of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee (after the merger of the two provinces); plan to organize the ceremony to announce the National Assembly's Resolution on the merger of the provinces, the decision to establish the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee and decisions on personnel of Tuyen Quang Province.
The conference unanimously approved the project to merge the Tuyen Quang Provincial Police Party Committee and the Ha Giang Provincial Police Party Committee.
