Our country's passion fruit has been exported to 20 countries around the world in the form of fresh fruit, frozen fruit and juice. With an area of over 12,000 hectares of passion fruit, an output of 200,000 tons/year, concentrated in the Northern mountainous region and the Central Highlands, Vietnam is one of the countries that grows the most passion fruit in the world.
The soil has helped passion fruit grown in Vietnam to have world-class quality and is loved when exported to demanding culinary markets such as Switzerland, France, the Netherlands, etc.
A representative of the Department of Crop Production and Plant Protection ( Ministry of Agriculture and Environment ) said that in recent years, our country has continuously promoted measures to improve quality, produce according to the chain, and ensure the traceability of passion fruit, focusing on yellow passion fruit and purple passion fruit varieties. In addition, purchasing and processing enterprises have also actively participated in the closed value chain to ensure the traceability of passion fruit and ensure export criteria.
Currently, the world market has high demand, so 80% of our country's fresh and processed passion fruit output has been exported. Accordingly, Vietnam is among the top countries producing and exporting passion fruit in the world, just behind Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador and Peru.

60% of Vietnamese businesses remain optimistic about prospects for the coming year and 46% said they have plans to expand operations into international markets.
The above information is the result of the 2025 business outlook research recently announced by UOB Vietnam Bank.
According to the report, in the uncertain context of the global economy, especially after the US announced reciprocal tariffs, Vietnamese enterprises have proactively deployed measures to respond to possible impacts.
Accordingly, supply chain management remains a top priority for businesses in Vietnam. The three main challenges identified in the report include: Rising supply costs, disruptions to existing supply routes, and inventory management issues.
To address these concerns, Vietnamese businesses are actively diversifying their supply sources, digitizing supply chain processes, and strengthening cooperation with suppliers.
According to this study, the trend of localization is increasingly focused. Enterprises prioritize finding closer sources of supply to improve the stability of the supply chain.
Nearly 70% of businesses expect intra-ASEAN trade to accelerate, demonstrating the region's increasingly important role in the context of global fluctuations.
ASEAN continues to be the top region of interest in the next one to three years, with Thailand and Singapore being the two most popular destinations.
In addition to Asia, Europe has also emerged as a strategic market. One in four surveyed businesses identified it as a key market for current and future expansion.

Specifically, the systems include: Tax Department's electronic information page; THI application (tax procedure management); information portals for business households/individuals, e-commerce platforms; eTax, iCanhan, eTax Mobile systems; information portals serving information exchange with external units and organizations (DataHub/GIP/T2B) will temporarily stop operating from 6:00 p.m. on June 27 to 8:00 a.m. on July 1.

During the implementation process, if there are any problems, taxpayers can contact the Tax Department's support channel (phone number: 02437689679, extension 2180); email and hotline number of the standing department supporting taxpayers when organizing and arranging the tax agency's apparatus (publicly posted on the Tax Department's website).
Gold bar trading fraud

The Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam (Vietcombank) has just issued a recommendation to protect customer rights and warn against illegal acts.
Recently, many sophisticated scams have appeared in the market to appropriate people's assets through impersonating large businesses that buy and sell gold bars, jewelry, and fine arts such as SJC, DOJI, Bao Tin Minh Chau, Phu Quy, etc.
Faced with that situation, the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam (Vietcombank) has just issued a recommendation to protect customers' rights and warn against illegal acts.
Specifically, scammers often use tricks such as fake websites, fanpages, and social media accounts with domain names and interfaces similar to the official pages of gold trading enterprises. From there, they post fake information such as attractive gold and silver prices, "huge" promotions, big rewards... to lure people into transactions.
Not only that, many subjects also send messages and emails impersonating businesses or gold company leaders, announcing winning prizes and requesting personal information to commit fraud. Some scammers also take advantage of leaked personal data, impersonating acquaintances or gold company employees to approach victims via phone or social networks, causing significant damage.
Another form that is also being used by these subjects is to invite online gold investment, commit to high interest rates and pay daily or weekly profits - this is a clear sign of illegal financial fraud.
Faced with the complicated situation, Vietcombank recommends that customers be absolutely vigilant and comply with safe transaction principles.
At the same time, customers should not conduct gold transactions through unofficial channels; avoid believing in investment invitations and "high-profit" promotions, especially via social networks or email; regularly update information and instructions for safe transactions on Vietcombank's website.
In addition, customers are advised to only buy and sell gold bars at official transaction points.
The bank emphasized that people need to proactively raise their vigilance against impersonation and not provide personal information, accounts, or OTP codes to anyone under any circumstances. When detecting suspicious signs, customers should immediately report to the authorities.
