Hanoi Moi Newspaper organizes Online Discussion "For the people's happiness"

The online discussion "For people's happiness: Contributing ideas to solutions to improve social welfare and people's quality of life" organized by Hanoi Moi Newspaper in coordination with Ba Dinh Ward People's Committee will take place on the afternoon of October 14.
