Bao Loc: Increased revenue by more than 78 billion VND after auctioning 32 public land lots

32 public land lots put up for auction by Bao Loc City increased by more than 78 billion VND compared to the starting price.

Previously, the City Construction Investment Project Management Board and relevant authorities coordinated with the Lam Dong Province Property Auction Service Center to organize an auction of 32 public land lots in Ward 9 under the detailed planning for the construction of the expanded Central Urban Area of ​​Ward 1.

All 32 auctioned lots have an area of ​​84 square meters/lot, with a total starting auction price of VND77,712 billion. Of which, 13 lots have a starting price of VND2,688 billion/lot; 16 lots have a starting price of VND2,016 billion/lot; 2 lots have a starting price of VND2,613 billion/lot and 1 lot has a starting price of VND5,285 billion.

The auction had more than 300 individuals registering to participate. The auction results showed that all 32 lots were successfully bid by individuals, with a total winning bid of VND 155.806 billion (an increase of more than VND 78.094 billion compared to the starting price). Of which, the highest increase in auction price was lot A19, with a winning bid of VND 15.05 billion (an increase of VND 9.785 billion compared to the starting price); the lowest increase in auction price was lot A23, with a winning bid of VND 2.046 billion (an increase of VND 30 million compared to the starting price); 15 lots had an auction price increase from VND 235 million to VND 954 million/lot; the remaining lots had an auction price increase from VND 1.5 to VND 5.3 billion/lot.

Bao Loc City organizes public land use rights auctions attracting many individuals to participate.

From this auction result, Bao Loc City Construction Investment Project Management Board will coordinate with the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to complete the procedures for the City People's Committee to issue a decision to recognize the auction results of land use rights for the auction winner according to regulations.

Previously, the Bao Loc City Construction Investment Project Management Board organized two public land auctions in the area. Of which, the auction on March 28 successfully auctioned 26 public land lots in 2 areas, collecting a total of 54.315 billion VND (an increase of more than 13.6 billion VND compared to the starting price). The second auction on April 21 auctioned 20 public land lots, collecting a total winning bid of 51.78 billion VND (an increase of more than 19.14 billion VND compared to the starting price).
