Harry Kane scored his 18th goal in his first season with Bayern Munich when he scored the only goal to help his team defeat Kohn in the 12th round of the Bundesliga on the morning of November 25 (Vietnam time).
The goal in the 20th minute of the match helped the English striker consolidate his leading position in the "Top scorer" list in the Bundesliga this season.
The former Tottenham star became the highest-scoring Englishman ever in Germany's top flight and the first player to reach 18 goals in the first 12 games of a Bundesliga season.
"We had a really good game today. Some people look at the result and maybe expect a little bit more. But it was a great game from everyone.
We could have scored three goals in the first half. But the result is the most important thing," Harry Kane said after the win.
Harry Kane's goal tally has surpassed the 17 goals in a Bundesliga season scored by England legend Kevin Keegan and England winger Jadon Sancho.
Keegan spent three years in Germany with Hamburg and won two Ballons d'Or. His 32 Bundesliga goals included 17 in the 1978-79 season as he helped his side to the title that year.

That record was equalled in the 2019-20 season when Jadon Sancho scored 17 goals and contributed the same number of assists in 32 Bundesliga appearances for Dortmund.
After an explosive season, Jadon Sancho joined Man Utd but is currently in exile due to an irreconcilable conflict with coach Erik Ten Hag.
Harry Kane, in addition to 18 goals in the Bundesliga, has scored 4 more goals in the Champions League and is likely to break Robert Lewandowski's record of 22 goals in the first half of the 2020/21 season. Bayern Munich still have 4 more matches before the winter break.
After a 1-0 win over Kohn, Bayern Munich temporarily climbed to the top of the table, one point ahead of Bayer Leverkusen but also having played one more match.
With Leverkusen showing no signs of "running out of steam", coach Thomas Tuchel and his team will have to rely heavily on Harry Kane's scoring ability to maintain the heat for the Bundesliga championship race.
