Quang Ninh Border Guard launched a campaign to support people in the Central and Central Highlands regions affected by floods and storms.

Responding to the call of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front for "All people to support the people of the Central and Central Highlands regions to overcome the consequences of floods and storms", on November 24, the Border Guard Command of Quang Ninh province organized a launching ceremony to support the people of the Central and Central Highlands regions to overcome the consequences of natural disasters and floods.

Speaking at the launching ceremony, Lieutenant Colonel Le Quang Chieu, Deputy Political Commissar of the Provincial Border Guard Command, emphasized the significance of the program and the spirit of "Mutual love and support" and "Helping each other" of the nation. He emphasized that currently, the people of the Central and Central Highlands, especially children, the elderly and vulnerable groups, are facing many difficulties due to the prolonged impact of floods and storms. Therefore, more than ever, the people of the Central and Central Highlands are in dire need of humane arms, timely encouragement and support from the people of the whole country to overcome this difficult period.

Provincial Border Guard officers and soldiers donate.

On the first day of the campaign, officers and soldiers of the provincial Border Guard raised a total of 669 million VND. The entire amount will be reported by the Quang Ninh Provincial Border Guard Command and submitted to the Border Guard Command to be compiled and sent to the people of the Central and Central Highlands regions as soon as possible.
