The first international standard marina in Vietnam officially opens

On May 10, Mr. Nguyen Van Nhuan, Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Khanh Hoa province, said that the Vietnam Maritime Administration has granted the port code "VNANA" to Ana Marina Nha Trang Marina Park. This is the first international standard marina in Vietnam to be officially put into operation.

Mr. Nguyen Van Nhuan assessed that Khanh Hoa province owning the first international marina in the country will make the locality a new destination for domestic and foreign luxury yachts and sailboats; promoting Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa to pioneer in hosting international sports tournaments and sailing races.

At the same time, it contributes to meeting the demand for receiving sea tourists to Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa, especially in the context that Nha Trang Port is temporarily stopping receiving international passenger ships for repairs.

" Khanh Hoa tourism industry is continuing to promote, advertise, organize many national and international cultural and entertainment events, diversify the international tourist market,... The goal in 2025 is to welcome 11.8 million overnight guests; including 5.2 million international visitors; striving for tourism revenue of 60,000 billion VND", Mr. Nhuan informed.

Ana Marina Nha Trang Marina Park is invested by Focus Travel Trading and Tourism Company Limited, located in the north of Nha Trang City on an area of ​​over 89 hectares (including 68 hectares of water surface). There are commercial marina service areas, service and technical infrastructure areas, a complex area with wharves, pontoons for mooring yachts, a ship maintenance area, a specialized maritime channel in and out of the port, a breakwater and entertainment service complexes.

This marina has the capacity to serve 110 yachts, up to 220 yachts with an ideal geographical location, can connect maritime traffic between Southeast Asia and North Asia, conveniently connecting with Hong Kong (China), Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia and other Vietnamese ports.

Since April 2023, the Vietnam Maritime Administration has allowed Ana Marina Nha Trang to conduct a trial operation. To date, it has welcomed over 2,000 domestic and international cruises, serving more than 60,000 passengers.
