Ben Johns and the world's pickleball stars sign autographs for fans and stroll around Han Market in Da Nang

Within the framework of the PPA Tour Asia - MB Vietnam Cup 2025 international pickleball tournament, the world's top players such as Ben Johns, Tyson McGuffin... had a special meeting with fans and visited many tourist attractions in Da Nang.

Right from the moment he appeared, Ben Johns - the world's number 1 tennis player, who holds more than 150 PPA Tour titles in the US - and other professional tennis players received a warm welcome from the audience.

Crowds of fans lined up to get autographs, take photos and chat with the players. Many fans brought rackets, balls and pickleball gear to get autographs from the world stars, creating a lively atmosphere.

Sharing at the meeting, Ben Johns sent greetings to all the audience and fans. He said this was his first time in Da Nang and he felt very happy to be warmly welcomed by the audience.

“I am impressed by how much pickleball is loved by many people in Vietnam. The audience here is very enthusiastic, friendly and full of energy,” said Ben Johns.

Ben Johns also expressed surprise at the development of pickleball in Da Nang in particular and in Vietnam in general.

Not only Ben Johns, Tyson McGuffin, Kaitlyn Christian and other professional athletes also actively interacted, signed autographs and took pictures with fans. Some spectators even had a chance to play short friendly matches with the players, creating a close atmosphere.

Before that, the athletes had the opportunity to visit many famous tourist attractions in Da Nang, such as Han market, Chicken church, Love bridge and East Sea park.

The players were excited and said they enjoyed the combination of culture, cuisine and seascape of Da Nang, and hoped to have the opportunity to return in the future.

This exchange and experience activity is considered a highlight in the competition journey of the world's top tennis players at PPA Tour Asia - MB Vietnam Cup 2025, contributing to spreading the sports spirit and promoting the image of Da Nang to international friends.
