Lao Cai Provincial Hospital of Traditional Medicine surveyed the current situation at Tram Tau Regional Medical Center and Van Chan Regional Medical Center.

The working trip was conducted to survey the current status of medical examination and treatment activities using traditional medicine at the two centers, evaluate the implementation of professional services, facilities, human resources, as well as the situation of combining traditional medicine and modern medicine in public health care.

At the regional health centers, the working group discussed and shared with the leaders of the two centers the advantages and difficulties in developing traditional medicine; at the same time, agreed on the direction of cooperation in the coming time in the fields of training, professional development, line guidance, technology transfer and development of traditional medicine treatment models suitable to local realities.
