Implementing well the organization and staffing of the armed forces of two provinces (An Giang, Kien Giang) into the An Giang provincial armed forces. An Giang province's armed forces built 96 "Smart Civil Affairs" models with a budget of over 780 billion VND, of which over 90% was mobilized from social resources.
