In 2025, Thuyloi University will enroll full-time university students in 43 training majors with 5,350 targets. The school enrolls students according to 4 admission methods:

• Direct admission according to regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training .
• Admission based on high school transcripts combined with priority: average of subjects in grades 10, 11, 12 + priority points + foreign language certificate points.
• Admission based on 2025 high school graduation exam results.
• Admission based on the results of the thinking assessment test (group K00).

Candidates with valid international language certificates (IELTS, TOEFL, HSK, JLPT...) will have their admission scores converted or priority points added.

From the afternoon of August 20, universities can start announcing admission scores. The results of the first round of admission must be announced no later than 5:00 p.m. on August 22. After knowing the admission scores, all admitted candidates (including direct admission candidates) must confirm their enrollment on the system (if they wish to study) by 5:00 p.m. on August 30.

The Ministry of Education and Training noted that training institutions are not allowed to ask candidates to confirm admission or enroll before August 22 and are not allowed to finish confirming admission or finishing enrollment before 5:00 p.m. on August 30 (including for joint training programs with foreign countries).

From September 1 to December, candidates who need to apply for additional admission rounds of the training institution, follow the admission information posted on the training institution's admission information page.
