Further focus should be placed on publicizing the Exhibition of National Achievements commemorating the 80th anniversary of National Day.

In addition to the nine assigned tasks, Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh requested the Propaganda Subcommittee of the 1st Government Party Congress to focus more on propaganda work on the National Achievements Exhibition in celebration of the 80th anniversary of National Day.

Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh requested that, in addition to the nine assigned tasks, the Propaganda Subcommittee of the First Congress of the Party Committee of the Government focus more on promoting the Exhibition of National Achievements commemorating the 80th anniversary of National Day.

On the afternoon of August 5th, at the Government Headquarters, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Government Party Committee, Standing Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh, Head of the Propaganda Subcommittee for the First Congress of the Government Party Committee, term 2025-2030, chaired the third meeting of the Subcommittee.

Attending the meeting were Deputy Prime Minister Mai Van Chinh; Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Nguyen Van Hung and members of the Propaganda Subcommittee.

At the meeting, on behalf of the Standing Committee of the Sub-committee, Central Committee member, Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Government Party Committee, and Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Nguyen Van Hung reported on the results of propaganda work in July and the key tasks of the Sub-committee in the coming period.

Accordingly, the Subcommittee issued its Working Regulations, Activity Plan, Notice of Member Assignment, and Decision to establish a Support Team for the Subcommittee. It also issued: a plan for a photo exhibition; a plan for a film titled "Building an honest, constructive, and successful Party Committee and Government to achieve the goals of the new era of the Vietnamese nation"; a report on the results of propaganda work since the 11th Central Committee Meeting of the 13th Party Congress, and the work to be continued from now until the 14th Party Congress;…

Minister Nguyen Van Hung also reported specifically on the key tasks that need to be focused on before, during, and after the Congress of the Party Committee of the Government. These include, before the Congress, producing a documentary film titled "Building an honest, constructive Party Committee of the Government, successfully achieving the goals of the new era of the Vietnamese nation," organizing a photo exhibition, preparing art programs to welcome the Congress, and holding a press conference…

During the Congress, the propaganda directive emphasized the significance and importance of the Government Party Congress; the theme and motto of the Congress; the content of the documents presented at the Congress; the activities and results of the Government Party Congress; the atmosphere of excitement and confidence in the Congress; the attention, leadership, and affection of the Party and State leaders towards the Congress…

Following the Congress, press conferences will be held to publicize the Congress results; to disseminate information about the Government Party Committee's plan; to publicize the organization of study, understanding, and implementation of the Government Party Committee's Congress Resolution; and to publicize the action program of the Government Party Committee and the Party Committees under the Government Party Committee to implement the Government Party Committee's Congress Resolution;…

After listening to the opinions of the Sub-committee members, concluding the meeting, Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh highly appreciated the efforts of the members and the Standing Committee of the Sub-committee in focusing on directing and implementing the requirements and tasks; affirming: "Regarding the 9 tasks that we have agreed upon, you have made great efforts and proactively implemented them effectively, with very positive results achieved."

At the same time, the Standing Deputy Prime Minister noted that the Sub-committee had performed its duties well in disseminating information for the Congresses of Party Committees under the Government Party Committee, and that there are still 20 Party Committees under the Government Party Committee that have not yet held their Congresses. He requested the Sub-committee to continue promoting information for these remaining Party Committees; effective dissemination of information for the Congresses of Party Committees under the Government Party Committee is also a form of dissemination for the Government Party Committee Congress.

In addition to the nine assigned tasks, Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh requested the Sub-committee to focus more on promoting the Exhibition of National Achievements with the theme "80 Years of Independence - Freedom - Happiness" in commemoration of the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025); emphasizing that this exhibition is of special importance, affirming the achievements of the Party, the country, the nation, and also the achievements of the Government; Party organizations under the Government Party Committee must carefully prepare the content and participate responsibly in the exhibition.

The Deputy Prime Minister also noted that the products displayed at the National Achievements Exhibition, as well as the photo exhibition held before the Government Party Congress, must be meticulously and elaborately prepared, truly impactful, and leave a profound and lasting impression on viewers.

To mark the 80th anniversary of National Day, 80 major projects will be simultaneously inaugurated or commenced nationwide. The Deputy Prime Minister requested the Sub-committee to focus strongly on directing and publicizing this matter; the publicity here must be in-depth, and in addition to general information about the event, there should be articles analyzing and reflecting in-depth and comprehensively on the significance of each project for the socio-economic development of the country and for people's lives.

The Deputy Prime Minister also noted that the products displayed at the National Achievements Exhibition, as well as the photo exhibition held before the Government Party Congress, must be meticulously and elaborately prepared, truly impactful, and leave a profound and lasting impression on viewers.

At the same time, the Deputy Prime Minister requested the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to coordinate with the Vietnam News Agency to make copies of the photos from the photo exhibition and to display them effectively at Vietnamese representative offices abroad, thereby contributing to promoting the image of the country, its people, and its socio-economic achievements to international friends.
