Experience digital technology in your home loan journey with BIDV Home
Ms. Pham Phuong Lan - Deputy Head of BIDV Retail Banking - directly introduced to the leaders about BIDV Home application - one of BIDV's outstanding digital products. This is the first comprehensive closed digital platform in Vietnam in the field of home loans with a three-party connection: home buyers, investors and banks. The product allows customers to look up housing projects according to their needs, calculate appropriate loans, and register for loans with digital signatures confirmed by the VNeID application (BIDV is one of the first three banks in Vietnam to successfully deploy this feature). Currently, BIDV Home has connected with about 100 investors for about 180 real estate projects. Investors participating in BIDV Home have all been evaluated by BIDV as reputable, quality and delivering houses on time. When using the service, customers will (i) easily choose a house that is satisfactory and safe, (ii) calculate, register for a loan and complete loan procedures on the same single application, (iii) track the entire loan process on the same solution without having to go to the project or bank.

The solution was developed in line with the financial consumption trends of individual customers, especially young customers, helping them easily access the VND40,000 billion housing credit package - currently the largest and most preferential credit package on the market.
Developing a comprehensive digital ecosystem, enhancing experiences, connecting technology and people
