On August 23, the 7th round of the 2nd leg of the PBA Team League 2025 - 2026 billiards tournament took place. In this round, Nguyen Quoc Nguyen's Hana Card team faced strong opponent SK Direct (including formidable players such as Eddy Leppens, Ngo Dinh Nai and Kang Dong-koong).

But in the 5th turn, when he was trailing 5/9, Quoc Nguyen suddenly launched a series of 10s to end the game, winning a comeback victory of 15/9 against Kang Dong-koong. The victory of the Vietnamese player brought Hana Card team to the lead for the first time against SK Direct with a score of 2-1.

In this match, Hana Card won 4-2 against SK Direct. At this time, Nguyen Quoc Nguyen's team is flying high on the rankings of the 2nd round of PBA Team League season 2025 - 2026, with 16 points.

Also in this round, Tran Duc Minh continued to play excellently to help the Harim Dragons team win a thrilling 4-3 victory over the Winners team. In the first game (men's doubles), Tran Duc Minh and Kim Jun-tae had a series of 10 points to win 11/2 against the Cenet/Hashas pair. In the 7th game, when the score was 3-3, Duc Minh was the one to close the score. Accordingly, the Vietnamese player came from behind to beat Lee Choong-bok with a close score of 11/9.
