Before the opening ceremony, representatives of the Command, agencies and units in the Special Forces and 120 cadres participating in the training course offered incense to commemorate the heroic martyrs at the Long Binh Victory Monument in the grounds of Brigade 113.

The training session serves as a basis for agencies, units, and schools to implement, ensuring unity, contributing to improving the quality of training and combat readiness in the entire Army Corps and Special Forces of the entire army.
The training focuses on a number of contents: Organization and training methods for platoon-level tactical teams; organization and training methods for company-level tactical teams; organization and training methods for two-sided company-level drills; physical education and sports skills and organization and training methods for special forces combat martial arts; understanding, exploiting and using a number of new types of weapons and technical equipment.

Speaking at the opening of the training, Colonel Pham Ngoc Vu emphasized that the training content plays an important role in training and combat readiness, helping to improve the qualifications of cadres at all levels to meet the requirements of tasks in the new situation, building a revolutionary, disciplined, especially elite and modern Special Forces.
Therefore, the Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of the Special Forces requested the Organizing Committee and the teaching team to fully and carefully prepare the assigned training content such as: Lesson plans, lectures, weapons and equipment, facilities, model teams; organize classes, convey content to the training staff to ensure the highest quality; conduct training strictly, with discipline and absolute safety.

The staff participating in the training promoted a sense of responsibility, actively exchanged knowledge with a spirit of learning, strictly followed the discipline and regulations of the Organizing Committee and the host unit (Brigade 113).
After training, apply the knowledge imparted to the unit to ensure consistency and regularity, contributing to improving the quality of training and combat readiness at the unit.
