Binh Dinh officially closes the Provincial Public Service Portal interface

Chief of Office of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee Le Ngoc An has just announced the closure of the Binh Dinh Provincial Public Service Portal interface.

From 9:00 a.m. this morning (June 25), the Binh Dinh Provincial Public Service Portal officially closed its interface.

Accordingly, implementing Official Dispatch No. 623/TTg-KSTT dated May 30, 2025 of the Prime Minister on the implementation of the National Public Service Portal to become a centralized, single national "one-stop shop"; Official Dispatch No. 4725/VPCP-KSTT dated May 28, 2025 of the Government Office on instructions for updating information and data on the National Public Service Portal and Official Dispatch No. 5493/UBND-CCKS dated June 21, 2025 of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on coordinating the implementation of a pilot operation of the 2-level local government model of the new Gia Lai province on June 25, 2025.

Up to now, the Office of the People's Committee of Binh Dinh province and the Office of the People's Committee of Gia Lai province have completed the construction, integration and synchronization of data between the Gia Lai province's electronic one-stop information system (new) and the National Public Service Portal, meeting the requirements of using the National Public Service Portal as the only channel to receive online administrative procedure records under the direction of the Central Government.

The Chief of Office of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee said that from 9:00 a.m. on June 25, 2025, the interface of Binh Dinh Provincial Public Service Portal will be officially closed. Accordingly, people and businesses will submit administrative procedures online on the National Public Service Portal at https://dichvucong.gov.vn, ensuring no interruption in the reception and processing of administrative procedures for people and businesses.

From July 1, 2025, all administrative procedures of people and businesses in Gia Lai province will be submitted only through the National Public Service Portal.

The Provincial Public Administration Service Center provides instructions on the access address for the "Administrative Procedure Information System (interface for use by cadres, civil servants, and public employees) in the work of receiving, processing, and returning results of administrative procedure records.

Specifically, from 9:00 a.m. on June 25 to the end of June 30, log in to the "Binh Dinh Province Administrative Procedure Information System" at https://dichvucong.binhdinh.gov.vn/hethong/login to receive, process and return results of administrative procedure records.

Meanwhile, from 0:00 on July 1, 2025 onwards, log in to the "Gia Lai Province Administrative Procedure Information System (new)" at https://motcua.gialai.gov.vn to receive, process and return results of administrative procedure records.
