Tasco (HUT) issued more than 178.5 million shares, price 10,000 VND

Specifically, the company plans to offer more than 178.5 million shares to existing shareholders at a ratio of 5:1, meaning that shareholders owning 5 shares will be able to buy 1 new share. The last registration date to exercise the rights is June 30, 2025.

The transfer period of purchase rights is from July 7, 2025 to August 15, 2025. The right to purchase additional shares is only allowed to be transferred once. The registration period for purchase orders and payment for purchase of shares is from July 7, 2025 to August 20, 2025. The purchased securities are common shares, freely transferable.

With the offering price of VND 10,000/share, the total capital value expected to be mobilized is up to more than VND 1,785 billion, which will be used by Tasco to supplement capital for investment activities, contribute capital for production and business, specifically invest in capital contribution to increase charter capital for subsidiaries including Tasco Insurance Company Limited, VETC Joint Stock Company, Tasco Auto Joint Stock Company.

If the above stock issuance plan is successful, Tasco's charter capital will increase from more than VND 8,925.1 billion to more than VND 10,710.1 billion.

Regarding business situation, according to the consolidated financial report for the first quarter of 2025, Tasco recorded revenue of nearly VND 6,978 billion, an increase of 34.6% over the same period last year; profit after tax reached more than VND 37 billion, an increase of 15.6%.

In 2025, Tasco targets total revenue of VND 39,878 billion, after-tax profit of VND 571 billion, growth of 32% and 87% respectively compared to 2024.

Thus, at the end of the first quarter of 2025, the Company completed 17.5% of its revenue target and only completed 6.5% of its annual profit target.

As of March 31, 2025, the total assets of the enterprise compared to the beginning of the year increased slightly from VND 28,987.3 billion to nearly VND 29,633.2 billion.

Meanwhile, the total liabilities of the enterprise are at 18,069.7 billion VND, up 3.6% compared to the beginning of the year and accounting for nearly 61% of total capital. Of which, short-term and long-term loans and financial lease debts are nearly 11,015.8 billion VND, accounting for nearly 61% of total debt.
