The Ministry of Industry and Trade will publicly consult on the anti-dumping case of wood fiberboard.

The Department of Trade Remedies (Ministry of Industry and Trade) said it will hold a public consultation session on the investigation into the application of anti-dumping measures on some wood fiberboard products originating from Thailand and China (case code: AD21).

According to the Trade Defense Department, pursuant to Article 70 of the 2017 Law on Foreign Trade Management and Article 14 of Decree No. 86/2025/ND-CP detailing a number of articles of the Law on Foreign Trade Management on trade defense measures, the Investigation Agency will organize a public consultation session in the case of investigation into the application of anti-dumping measures on a number of wood fiberboard products originating from Thailand and China (case AD21).

Time from 9:00 - 12:00 Friday, November 7, 2025 ( Hanoi time). Expected location: 2nd floor, building B, headquarters 54 Hai Ba Trung, Cua Nam ward, Hanoi. In-person and online.

The spoken and written language used in the consultation is Vietnamese. The parties concerned have the right to use other languages, but must have an interpreter from that language to Vietnamese. Information and documents not in Vietnamese provided by the parties concerned must be translated into Vietnamese. The parties concerned must ensure the truthfulness and accuracy of the translated content and be legally responsible for it.

Deadline for submitting registrations is until October 31, 2025 (Hanoi time). Deadline for submitting consultation contents: Until October 31, 2025 (if any). The registration form (attached) and consultation contents (if any) must be submitted via the Online Trade Defense Document Reception System (TRAV ONLINE - https://online.trav.gov.vn) of the Investigation Agency within the time limit specified in this Notice. The Investigation Agency will only consider registrations for participation in the public consultation session received until October 31, 2025 (Hanoi time).

In addition, after completing the submission of documents via TRAV ONLINE, the company can send the registration and consultation content (if any) in writing or by email within the time limit specified in this notice.
