In 2025, the Party Committee and the Provincial Border Guard Command thoroughly grasped and seriously implemented the leadership and direction of the Party Committee, the Border Guard Command, the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Committee and organized the implementation to successfully complete the border guard tasks, building a strong and comprehensive "exemplary and typical" unit.
Notably, implementing the Project "Building border marker inspection roads and protecting the border", 32 border marker inspection routes, more than 15 km long, have been built. Up to now, the whole province has completed 332 routes, with a total length of over 77 km; successfully organized and fought 7 special projects; detected, arrested, and handled 207 cases with 814 subjects related to crimes related to drugs, fireworks, illegal entry and exit... The provincial Border Guard has proactively participated in preventing and overcoming the consequences of natural disasters; effectively managed border gates and controlled entry and exit; improved the effectiveness of border diplomacy; supported people to develop the economy with a total value of more than 3 billion VND, contributing to building a strong and comprehensive border area.
At the conference, delegates focused on discussing and clarifying the results achieved in border management and protection in 2025; agreed on and proposed directions and tasks for synchronous implementation of border work in 2026; continued to build a clean and strong Party organization, and comprehensively strong agencies and units that are "exemplary and typical".
On this occasion, the Provincial Border Guard commended 36 collectives and 451 individuals for their outstanding achievements in performing border protection tasks.
