On January 26, Nghe An Provincial Police held a ceremony to announce the Decision of the Minister of Public Security on personnel work.
Authorized by the Minister of Public Security, Colonel Bui Quang Thanh - Director of Nghe An Provincial Police Department presented the Decision to appoint the position of Deputy Director of Nghe An Provincial Police Department to Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Duc Cuong.
At the ceremony, Colonel Bui Quang Thanh highly appreciated the efforts and achievements that Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Duc Cuong achieved during his work.

Accordingly, Colonel Le Phuong Nam - Deputy Director of Quang Tri Provincial Police, presented the decision of the Director of this Provincial Police on the transfer of Lieutenant Colonel Phan Thanh Liem - Deputy Head of the Department of Investigation Police for Social Order Crimes, to take up the position of Deputy Head of Con Co Island District Police.
