The work of checking the technical and professional qualifications of Command 86 aims to check the capacity and professional qualifications; evaluate the results of performing assigned duties and tasks; thereby raising the awareness of learning and training the qualifications and capacities of professional soldiers and defense officials, meeting the rapid development of the system of technical weapons and equipment in the Army.

Accordingly, Command 86 will organize the exam at 3 Examination Councils: Center 186, Center 286, Center 386. The number of candidates participating in the 2025 exam is 101 comrades; of which, Command 86 has 77 comrades, 10 units in the whole army have 24 comrades. The exam question system in 2025 is 4,400 questions, including 4,140 theoretical questions and 260 practical questions.

The jury examines and evaluates the candidates' abilities, technical and professional qualifications.

Speaking at the inspection session, Colonel Doan Trung Thu, acting Head of Logistics and Engineering of Command 86, requested the members of the Jury to promote a sense of responsibility, evaluate objectively and honestly according to the established scoring scale; organize the inspection seriously, substantially, truly, closely following the actual tasks of each candidate at the unit; combine the inspection with guidance and professional training for each candidate.

According to the records, 100% of the candidates have shown a high sense of responsibility, done a good job of preparation, actively reviewed and mastered knowledge, exploited and operated technical equipment skillfully and accurately according to their training. This is the basis for arranging positions, increasing salaries, and increasing military ranks for professional soldiers of Command 86 and the entire army's information technology force in 2025.
