Tan Hoi Commune was established from the merger of three communes: Tan Hoi, Tan Thanh and N'Thon Ha (formerly Duc Trong district). In the period of 2020-2025, the commune faced many difficulties due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, economic fluctuations and complicated weather conditions. However, with the spirit of solidarity and high determination of the Party Committee, the government and the people, the main goals and targets of the Party Congress resolution for the term were basically completed, even exceeded.

The agricultural sector continues to have stable growth and strong transformation towards high technology and organic production. Many product consumption linkage models are maintained and developed, contributing to increasing the value of agricultural products. Irrigation works are focused on upgrading, ensuring water sources for production. In particular, the New Rural Development Program has achieved many positive results, mobilizing huge resources from the people, changing the face of the countryside, the transportation system, schools, and community centers have been invested in.

The handicraft and construction industry has developed relatively well, businesses and production facilities have maintained stability and diversified products. Trade and service activities have recovered strongly after the pandemic, fully meeting the needs of the people.

Tourism activities associated with the preservation and development of the gong cultural identity of the Central Highlands people have received attention and brought about practical results. The annual state budget collection has always met and exceeded targets, ensuring effective expenditures.

The highlight of economic development in the past term is the determination in managing construction order in the spirit of Directive 12-CT/TU of the Provincial Party Committee, along with the development of land use plans, planning until 2030 and auctioning public land for lease, creating resources for the locality.

The implementation of Resolution No. 33-NQ/TW on building and developing Vietnamese culture and people has been focused on. The movement "All people unite to build a cultural life" has been widely deployed, gradually forming a healthy cultural environment. The quality of cultural, artistic, physical education and sports activities has been improved, and the system of cultural and sports institutions has been invested in.

Social security is ensured, social, ethnic, religious and meritorious policies are implemented promptly. Attention is paid to the protection and care of children, the elderly and gender equality. People's health is improved, the rate of people participating in health insurance increases annually. The application of science, technology, information and communication is promoted, especially in agricultural production. Programs and projects to support the development of ethnic minority areas are effectively implemented, contributing to reducing the multidimensional poverty rate.

National defense and security have been consolidated and maintained. Localities have thoroughly grasped the Party's viewpoints and guidelines on national defense and security, building a national defense foundation associated with a solid people's security posture. The annual military assignment work reached 100%. The movement "All people participate in protecting national security" has been carried out regularly, contributing to maintaining political security and social order and safety.

The work of building and rectifying the Party and the political system has achieved many important results. The serious implementation of the Resolution of the 4th Central Committee (12th tenure) and Conclusion 21-KL/TW has contributed to purifying the contingent of cadres and Party members, and strengthening the people's trust. The work of building the Party in terms of politics, ideology, and ethics has been focused on, promoting democracy and collective intelligence.

In particular, the implementation of Resolutions 18 and 19-NQ/TW on streamlining and perfecting the political system apparatus towards streamlining, effective and efficient operations has been carried out seriously. Inspection, supervision and enforcement of party discipline have been strengthened, contributing to preventing violations and strengthening discipline and order. Mass mobilization activities are constantly innovated according to the motto "Serving the People", associated with implementing democracy at the grassroots level "People know, people discuss, people do, people inspect, supervise and people benefit". The models of "Skilled Mass Mobilization", "Typical Residential Area", "Model Residential Area" have brought about practical results.

The goal of Tan Hoi commune in the 2025 - 2030 term is to build a locality with comprehensive and sustainable development in all fields, taking stability as the foundation for development; taking socio-economic development as the central task; taking the happiness and prosperity of the people as the goal to strive for; focusing on preserving and promoting the cultural identity of ethnic groups; building a clean and strong Party and political system.

With the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development", the 1st Tan Hoi Commune Party Congress will focus on concretizing the guiding viewpoints, implementing and operating activities according to new regulations and policies in an urgent and timely manner. In particular, the application of digital transformation will be one of the key tasks to improve the efficiency of management, operation and service to the people.

In addition, Tan Hoi also identified 4 breakthroughs and key projects, as a basis for 38 grassroots party organizations and 601 party members to promote the spirit of solidarity, responsibility, and strive to compete.
