Tan Hoi commune was established by merging three communes: Tan Hoi, Tan Thanh, and N'Thon Ha (formerly Duc Trong district). During the period 2020-2025, the commune faced numerous challenges due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, economic fluctuations, and complex weather patterns. However, with the spirit of unity and high determination of the Party Committee, government, and people, the main goals and targets of the Party Congress resolution for the term have been basically achieved, and even exceeded.

The agricultural sector continues to experience stable growth and a strong shift towards high technology and organic production. Many models of product consumption linkages are maintained and developed, contributing to increasing the value of agricultural products. Irrigation works are prioritized for upgrading, ensuring water resources for production. In particular, the New Rural Development program has achieved many positive results, mobilizing significant resources from the people, changing the face of rural areas, and investing in modern transportation systems, schools, and community centers.

The small-scale industry and construction sector developed relatively well, with businesses and production facilities maintaining stability and diversifying their products. Trade and service activities recovered strongly after the pandemic, fully meeting the needs of the people.

Tourism activities linked to the preservation and development of the gong culture of the Central Highlands ethnic groups have received attention and yielded practical results. Annual state budget revenue collection consistently meets and exceeds targets, ensuring efficient expenditure.

A highlight of economic development during the past term was the decisive management of construction order in accordance with the spirit of Directive 12-CT/TU of the Provincial Party Committee, along with the development of land use plans, planning until 2030, and auctioning of public land leases, creating resources for the locality.

The implementation of Resolution No. 33-NQ/TW on building and developing Vietnamese culture and people has been emphasized. The "All People Unite to Build a Culturally Rich Life" movement has been widely implemented, gradually forming a healthy cultural environment. The quality of cultural, artistic, and sports activities has been improved, and the system of cultural and sports facilities has received investment.

Social security is guaranteed, and social, ethnic, religious, and meritorious policies are implemented promptly. Child protection and care, the elderly, and gender equality are given attention. Public health is improved, and the percentage of people participating in health insurance increases annually. The application of science, technology, information, and communication is promoted, especially in agricultural production. Programs and projects supporting the development of ethnic minority areas are implemented effectively, contributing to reducing multidimensional poverty.

National defense and security have been strengthened and maintained. Localities have thoroughly grasped the Party's viewpoints and guidelines on national defense and security, building a comprehensive national defense system linked to a solid people's security posture. Annual military recruitment targets have been met at 100%. The "All People Participate in Protecting National Security" movement has been implemented regularly, contributing to maintaining political security and social order.

Significant results have been achieved in Party building and rectification, as well as in strengthening the political system. The serious implementation of Central Resolution 4 (12th Party Congress) and Conclusion 21-KL/TW has contributed to purifying the ranks of cadres and Party members, and consolidating the people's trust. Emphasis has been placed on Party building in terms of politics, ideology, and ethics, promoting democracy and collective intelligence.

In particular, the implementation of Resolutions 18 and 19-NQ/TW on streamlining and consolidating the political system's organizational structure for effective and efficient operation has been carried out seriously. Party inspection, supervision, and disciplinary enforcement have been strengthened, contributing to preventing violations and reinforcing discipline and order. Mass mobilization activities have been continuously innovated according to the motto "Serving the People," linked with the implementation of grassroots democracy: "The people know, the people discuss, the people do, the people inspect and supervise, and the people benefit." Models such as "Skilled Mass Mobilization," "Exemplary Residential Areas," and "Model Residential Areas" have yielded practical results.

Entering the 2025-2030 term, Tan Hoi commune faces new opportunities and challenges from the administrative unit merger. This requires even greater innovation, effort, and development from the Party committee, the government, and all the people.

The goals set by Tan Hoi commune for the 2025-2030 term are to build a comprehensively and sustainably developed locality in all fields, with stability as the foundation for development; focusing on socio-economic development as the central task; striving for the happiness and well-being of the people; emphasizing the preservation and promotion of the cultural identity of ethnic groups; and building a clean and strong Party and political system.

With the motto "Unity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development," the First Party Congress of Tan Hoi Commune will focus on concretizing guiding principles and implementing activities according to new regulations and policies in a prompt and timely manner. In particular, the application of digital transformation will be one of the key tasks to improve the efficiency of management, administration, and service to the people.

In addition, Tan Hoi also identified four breakthrough areas and key projects, providing a basis for 38 grassroots Party organizations and 601 Party members to promote the spirit of unity and responsibility, and strive to compete.

During this new term, Tan Hoi continues to build upon its achievements while focusing on thoroughly addressing shortcomings and weaknesses. The locality prioritizes building a clean and strong Party and political system, enhancing the leadership capacity and fighting strength of Party organizations.

It aims to improve the quality of human resources and enhance the material and spiritual lives of the people. It also maintains national defense and security, ensuring social order and safety.
