Ministry of Health warns of fake documents on functions of commune and ward health stations

(Dan Tri) - The Ministry of Health has just warned about a fake document circulating on social networks, numbered 2830/2025/TT-BYT, dated August 10 and said to have been signed and issued by Deputy Minister Nguyen Thi Lien Huong.

This document is titled "Circular guiding the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of Commune, Ward and Special Zone Health Stations of provinces and centrally run cities".

The Ministry of Health confirmed that the above document is fake.

After reviewing, the Ministry of Health confirmed that there is no such document in the Ministry's legal document system. This is a fake document, illegally using the form, signature and seal to spread false information.

The Ministry of Health emphasized that this behavior violates the law, seriously affects the reputation of state management agencies and can cause negative impacts on the operations of the health sector.

To avoid unnecessary consequences, the Ministry of Health recommends that agencies, organizations, units and people only use and quote official documents posted on the Ministry's Electronic Information Portal.

In case of detecting any unusual signs in the document, promptly contact the Ministry of Health or notify the competent authorities for verification and handling, and avoid sharing and spreading unverified information.

Currently, the Ministry of Health is coordinating with relevant agencies to investigate, verify and strictly handle this counterfeiting act according to the provisions of law.
