Ministry of Health warns about fake documents related to functions and tasks of commune and ward health stations

The Ministry of Health has just issued a notice confirming that there is no document guiding localities with the content of "Circular guiding the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of commune, ward and special zone health stations in provinces and centrally run cities".

The Ministry of Health said that recently, on some social networking sites, document No. 2830/2025/TT-BYT, dated August 10, 2025, signed and issued by Deputy Minister Nguyen Thi Lien Huong, with the title "Circular guiding the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of commune, ward and special zone health stations in provinces and centrally run cities" has appeared.

After reviewing, the Ministry of Health confirmed that there is no such document in the Ministry's legal document system. This is a fake document, illegally using the form, signature and seal to spread false information.

This behavior violates the law, seriously affects the reputation of state management agencies and can cause negative impacts on the operations of the health sector.

The Ministry of Health recommends that agencies, organizations, units and people only use and quote official documents posted on the Ministry's Electronic Information Portal. In case of detecting any unusual signs in a document, it is necessary to promptly contact the Ministry of Health or notify the competent authorities for verification and handling, and at the same time avoid sharing and spreading unverified information.

Currently, the Ministry of Health is coordinating with relevant agencies to investigate, verify and strictly handle this counterfeiting act according to the provisions of law.
