Notably, with the successful performance at the AVC Nations Cup 2025, the Vietnamese women's volleyball team accumulated a total of 141.21 points, rising to 25th place on the International Volleyball Federation (FIVB) rankings. This is also the first time in history that Vietnamese women's volleyball has entered the top 25 in the world and ranked 4th in Asia after Japan (5th), China (6th), and Thailand (14th). The Korean women's volleyball team did not compete successfully at the FIVB Nations League, so they dropped to 37th place in the world, 12 places below the Vietnamese team.

After the AVC Nations Cup 2025, the Vietnamese women's volleyball team returned to Quang Ninh to train and prepare for the VTV Cup international women's volleyball tournament taking place from June 28 to July 5 in Vinh Phuc . This tournament has the participation of 8 teams, of which the host Vietnam has 2 teams: the national team and the U.21 team. The 6 guest teams include Thailand, Taiwan, Australia, PetroGazz Angels Club (Russia), Korabelka Club (Russia) and Sichuan Club (China).
